What's included in the subscription?
Your subscription includes all of the features we offer. The only difference between subscription plans is the amount of time you can transcribe.
How does the transcription time counting work?
We only count time when there is active speech being transcribed. Silence, background noise, or periods without speech don't count against your transcription hours.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by signing into the app, going to account settings, and then manage subscription. If you cancel, you'll still have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.
Can I return my Pendant?
If your Pendant arrives defective or damaged, email [email protected] for a return or exchange. You can request a full refund within 7 days if the device is undamaged and in its original condition with all packaging and accessories included. Return shipping is at your expense.
What happens if I exceed my plan's hours?
If you reach your plan's limit, you'll be notified in the app and can choose to upgrade to a higher tier plan. We won't automatically charge you for overages.
Does my Limitless subscription include Rewind?
Yes, Limitless Pro and Unlimited include Rewind Pro.
How are you calculating the savings for the bundle?
The Unlimited Monthly Plan costs $49/month. Add that to the cost of the Pendant, which is $99, and your total cost over the year is $687. You can get all of this for just $299 by buying the bundle and that saves you $388 ($687 - $299).
